The last time I was here, my 2nd floor room’s window was right above a smoking area. Cigarette smoke was coming directly into my wall ac unit (you could see it). It was disgusting. "The breakfast is a little bread heavy but if you like biscuits, waffles, and gravy it will fill you up. This is a 2/3 star hotel and it meets that rating, you get what you pay for, just fine for a place to lay your head during a business trip."

Then the lady said there was a card on file for incidentals and it wasn't mine. I told her that and she just kept insisting that it was mine.
