"This was all around a very pleasant experience. I will choose this location on my next visit to Knoxville."

"Hotel had lost power the night before and the check in system was down. Therefore no reservations could be accessed, key cards had to be programmed individually at room door, staff were having to keep paper logs, doors to pools and gym were not able to be accessed by room cards and situation caused a lot of confusion. Pool area was not kept clean (there was a broken glass outside our entire stay), pool towels were never stocked, bathrooms were clogged, trash cans overflowing, and patio cushions...

"Alijah at checkin was wonderful- so friendly and helpful! Room was clean and updated. Maid service was fabulous. Breakfast was wonderful. Two thumbs up!!"

"This is next to the expressway. I was not able to sleep the entire night due to the noise!!"

"Meh. Couldn’t adjust the fan on the ac unit. The exhaust fan didn’t work. The mold on the north side exterior wall driving up was “off putting.” Other than that it was ok."

"The property needs to be updated and better maintained. The door to our bathroom had a broken hinge and would not close without having to lift the door. The breakfast was not that great either. We ended up just grabbing yogurt."

"Room was a handicapped room. Shower/tub floor extremely slippery and dangerous. Knobs to turn on shower were ridiculous to adjust without getting in the shower first to adjust. Had to hang on to the shower rails to move in the tight tub to shower because we kept slipping in the shower. We are not even handicapped! Bed soft but ok. Staff friendly. Elevator floors sticky and dirty —there were grad parties but floors were gross"

"Rooms were clean. It’s the maintenance at this hotel that’s lacking. Needs some updates and rooms could use a good dusting."

"Room was very clean and the beds were comfy. The bathroom needed a better deep cleaning. The main property itself was a bit dated and the rugs could definitely use a deep cleaning. I walked to the ice machine in my socks and they can back black! So disappointing. Breakfast was blah but my family loved the waffles."

"I went off of the reviews and rating which clearly are not inaccurate or misleading cause I wouldn’t stay there ever again. Whoever does housekeeping needs to be replaced and possibly the management whom should be on top of the cleanliness of the rooms, and there’s no way that it’s not been addressed by other guests."

"The hallways looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while. Got to our room and the bed was a fullsized rather than a king like posted on expedia. Called down to front office and they said they dont have any rooms with big sized beds. (This might be more on expedia than the hotel itself) When we got to our room the toilet didn't work, and had to call maintenance within first 5min of getting there. The next morning on our way out the trash by elevator smelled like it had old diapers in it, came...

"The door didn’t properly seal in the top corner, the buildings exterior had random junk and trash all over. The shower was stuck on hot and you couldn’t turn it down. The bed spread had a stain on it. The woman who check us in wasn’t super friendly she almost judged us for booking a room with two twin beds. She mentioned once we were getting two twin beds we said ok, she then felt the need to mention it in a different tone we just said okay."

"The carpet was damp, the bathroom had a broken towel bar and the A/C was very noisy."
