Clean and comfortable room, quick check in, easy parking, decent breakfast. Elevator not working but the staff would help get your luggage upstairs. Pool too cold to use.

Location to downtown is great. Easy walking to Convention Center or Market Square. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Americas Best Value Inn - Knoxville East
Room was a little dirty. Top shelf had weird residue. Look like mice droppings, not sure what it was (disgusting)
