"Parkimg was easy enough as we had arrived not long after check in. We had to call to get the door codes as the email wasnt sent as it was ment to. We had a family room which had a seperate area with the 2 singles beds which was nice to have a little kid free time once they were asleep. One of the single beds was broken on arrival so I called duty manager who didnt answer but sent a text and someone was up within a few minutes and sorted it quickly with a new bed base. "What did we like? Here goes..warm welcome, clear information on breakfast and room details. Although this looks like an old hotel it I assume it has had a lot of money spent on upgrades to retain "Ye Olde" feel to it. Room was not massive but very well decorated with lovely solid sleigh bed. En-suite was very up to date with nice shower and endless hot water. Tiled floor but underfloor heating so not getting back in to bed with ice cold feet after a 3am loo trip. Sockets at bed side tables...

"We had a couple of nights in the Ben Nevis Guest House that we thoroughly enjoyed. Both Cathy and Steve were very friendly. Our room was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very tasty. "
