Wonderful beachfront resort on koh Chang . Beachfront pool villa was amazing ! The breakfast buffet is one of the best I’ve had anywhere ! Fire show was really great as well. Staff are very kind and helpful. Excellent stay !

Great hotel on a scenic island
Great hotel with 1st class bungalows on the beach. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bungalow was great and steps from a beautiful beach. Great service and food at resort was terrific. This was our second stay here and it remains a well run resort, doesn't cut corners.

It really was paradise
I’m always leery about these ratings and reviews. Koh Chang Paradise truly lived up to its name and rating. We had a fantastic bungalow next to the beach with a great deck for relaxing and listening to the waves. Grounds were beautiful and immaculate. Beach was clean and nice sand Staff so very nice and accommodating with enough English spoken to be comfortable. Food really tasty, not overly expensive nice breakfast buffet in a lovely setting on the beach There’s a convenience store an easy walk up the road for anything else you might need. Try a Mohito while you watch the sunset. Super place. I’ve been a lot of very nice places here in Thailand but the vibe here really inspires me to write a review like this. Just disappointed I didn’t stay longer

Comfortable and relaxing
Overall comfortable short stay. Nice greeting at reception with a refreshment drink. Our room was spacious with a nice bathroom, the patio area was nice over looking the beach. Pool area is nice and relaxing with a pool bar. Decent size pool for a qiuck dip and mess about in but no more than that. The bathroom had a nice bath tub in it, however no bath soaps provided. Called reception to ask if there was any avaliable and they said "No". Which I thought was a shame we couldn't make use of whats avaliable in the room. Of course we could buy the soaps ourselves but that kinda defeats the purpose when you have a bath, but can't use it at the time. Otherwise its just for show.. Breakfast was a good spread and evening dining was pleasant with a fire show on one of the nights. Check out was easy enough but I had to ask her to check again because I knew we had bills added to the room. Once check out complete and all bills paid, thought she could've been a little bit more helpful on how best way to get back to the pier. After all, I'm pretty sure eveyone who checks out are going to the same place. A lot of confusion and mixed information, with very little English spoken. Even in Thai there was confusion. Overall I'm happy with my stay and would stay again

Probably the best hotel in this area
Tip Avoid bungalow along the road... which btw is the main koh chang road and therefore... noisy I had a front beach bungalow fortunately so it was absolutely quiet, except for the sound of the waves... marvelous... Cons Room: Only one electrical outlet for soo many batteries to recharge No bed bed lamps so can't read before sleeping 2 big Pillows..but identical... usually you get one soft and one hard A cupboard, yes, but with no shelves nor drawers to arrange your stuff which then has to remain in your bag or suitcase Breakfast not for vegetarians:  the local dishes are all with meat (chicken,  bacon, Pork) ... such a pity The restaurant expensive compared  to usual thailand prices Pros Beach front rooms... you jump into the water after 10 steps Big spacious rooms Big spacious shower, with hot water (up to scalding I'd you like or this way) and very good pressure Beach front restaurant Excellent breakfast: buffet with a wide variety of choice of everything Massages at a real fair price in the morning (happy hour) 350thb no matter which kind All in all its the best hotel in this part of the island although with a not so long beach,  yet probably the most beautiful beach in the island Would have gladly give a 5 start rating but for the price paid, could have been better and also because of the following unfortunate event... but I have used all the 1,500 characters allowed for a review... So may be next time ;')

Awesome
Amazing resort. We had a beach front bungalow. It was spacious and had amazing views. The breakfast had a great variety of foods. The beach was kept immaculate and the pool was a pleasure to sit around.the spa offered great treatments. A great place to visit and relax

A nice retreat for both couples and family
Resort has a fine private beach with soft fine white sand . Can see resort very well used to foreign guests with good service both the serving staff and security. I complement the security guards for their alertness and discrete checking up on visitors. Breakfast is ok for both Thai and western food. One negative aspect is the spotty wifi which disconnects quite often and this is disruptive if you are using the internet to do online booking.i saw most of the guests are foreigners and most probably depend upon the resort's internet for surfing.. Hope management take note and rectify this for future guests. Will stay here again.

Bigger resort. Nice pool and nice beach. Unfortunately we had bungalow near the main road so it was noisy. It's ok if you don't mind bigger resorts.

Great location, wonderful staff.
Full recommendation for this resort, we had a ocean front pool villa that was amazing. Wifi is a little annoying as we had to re-connect/sign in, every time a device was used. But quality was good when connected. The staff was extremely accommodating and a pleasure to deal with!! Would love to stay here again.

Beautiful Beach Walks
First time to Koh Chang & was not impressed - Smelly rusty old ferry ride to arrive at the usual Thai Tacky Bars, chaotic muddy street renovations topped with rotting garbage. But Paradise was at hand, our resort was loverly. Upgraded to a room right on the beach - it was worth it. The chalet was clean, shiny wooden floors and great hot water shower. Breakfast and bar very acceptable. But the best was the beach, a full cove almost facing west. In the morning the tide was out exposing shimmering flat rockless sandy expanse - so beautiful beach walks!

Peaceful hotel
Relaxing resort on one of the best beaches in Koh Chang with no stones or rocks . Can recommend paying a bit for bungalow right on beach. Good breakfast. Restaurants nearby. Pool good size but a tad small for laps. Breakfast has good range. Good for couples

nice hotel - beware of annoying tiny biting bugs
really nice place - only one major down side - the trees on the beach are hosting some very nasty bug - this results in A LOT of bites on my body - its all over this specific beach.

Great location right on the beach. Lovely, helpful, smiling staff. Good breakfast, good room size (bungalow) air con within 20 steps to the beach. Really good pool with plenty of beach/pool chairs. Would recommend this resort to everyone.

Paradise with a great beach!
This was our family holiday. This was also our 5th stay at paradise. As always it was exceptional on every level. As far as I can tell it's the best place on Koh chang. The beach is fantastic as is their very large and well designed pool. The breakfast is a feast and the restaurant is very good for lunch and dinner. The staff is priceless ..... Kind and always concerned for your comfort. I know we will keep going back ..... For many years to come. I recommend a 7 day stay to get a good relaxed holiday.

Great resort in a good location of Ko Chang.
Great resort, great breakfast, great rooms, great beach and beach access, great swimming pool... The staff was friendly and took in account all our requests. So we were extremely satisfied. Worth to note: they participate in the non-smoking hotels program. It does not mean you can not smoke, but if you do so, you have to do it with respect of other customers... Appreciated while traveling with kids!!! One negative point: the price if you pay full price. However, the price of food and drinks are very reasonable. The location is good, too. 200 meters from supermarket and shops/restaurants. This part of Koh Chang is much less busy than above white sands beach.
