"The hotel itself was very nice as well as the staff. However, there were some issues with one of our rooms with the toilet being broken, not once but twice within the first 24 hours.
In addition, when we asked to have the room cleaned, it did not look any cleaner aside from our bed being made and clean towels."

"The rooftop pool is Everything and More! The entire staff, in specific Winnie, Jacky and Mon U were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our room was facing the main pool. The room was comfortable and had a good size balcony. The rooftop pool is by far the best amenity with breathtaking views all around. There is currently construction happening around the hotel. Be prepared with your ear plugs or if you will be getting up earlyish in the mornings you probably would not mind it and with closed balcony doors the noise waa tolerable. The hotel is walking distance to the beach. They also have a water station in the lobby and an in-house restaurant."

The hotel is located at the quiet side of Phi Phi. Very nice white sand beach with few people.
The hotel has also free activities such as kayakkibg and water snorkling, which is a plus.
You can also use an app to communicate and book stuff. The food was great. So was the breakfast.
Fitness room is good too.
Room clraning as much as you need, several times a day. They also had a free buggy transport around the hotel in case of rain or if you are too tired to walk.
Everything eas great. Things are a bit on the pricy side, but you get what you pay for.
Definitley recommanded if you like peace and quiet and perfect sand/oceanview."
"This place is paradise. There’s no better view in Railay than from poolside at Phutawan. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The drinks are amazing. Best resort on the island, will stay anytime I’m in Railay!"
