The key to High Season resort is its incredible beach front location and the really well designed and build pool villas. The rustic and lush exotic gardens give you a sense of relaxation. It was getting close to low season, so the staff seemed to be a bit slowed down. For a 5 star resort, we expected a bit more enthusiasm from the beach staff. Like bringing cold water on hot days and tending the beach lounges. Other than that, everyone else from front desk to room upkeep and service was great.

The property is beautiful and right on a gorgeous beach. We enjoyed daily morning walks on the beach and lounging around the beach bar area. We are not usually the type of people to spend the whole of our holiday on the beach or by a pool as we like to experience the culture of & really explore a place - but this was the end of a trip visiting various parts of Thailand & the perfect place to relax. The only thing I would say is that the staff need more training in hospitality especially in the restaurant & shuttle service could be better - we almost missed our ferry back to Trat for various reasons.

After traveling to several of Thailand’s islands and occasionally upgrading my accommodations this place is by far the nicest villa complex I’ve ever seen in Thailand. Small number of very private villas with an outstanding beachfront. The beach bar and resort restaurant are also some of the best eating/drinking/dining/ relaxing environments I’ve ever seen. Treat yourself and stay here. You won’t be sorry but you will be ruined for further hotel stays

Amazing New Year 2021!!!!!
Jag och min fru spenderade nyårshelgen på Hotellet Det blev en fantastisk upplevelse med fin service och god mat! Deras villor är fantastiskt fint inredda och med privat pool!! Frukosten var över förväntan och personalen tog mycket väl hand om oss från incheck till att vi lämnade hotellet! Vi provade även deras Bird Nest som en avslutning på vår vistelse sista natten !!! Detta var helt otroligt att sitta och äta middag och se ut över havet!!!

Amazing resort!
Beautiful room, beautiful beach and nice and helpful staff. When leaving Koh Kood the hotel organized everything and met us as we arrived from the ferry at the pier at Laem Sok. Followed us to the place our transport was waiting. Fantastic service! I guess they have the same fantastic service when arriving at Trad AirPort or at the Laem Sok pier. Amazing!

Great place to stay but pricey
The hotel is amazing. The stuff is very friendly and helpful in all your needs. I loved the breakfast buffet and the Spa. The pool however should be cleaned more frequently. We had dinner in the "bird nest" which was also a very lovely experience. The rooms are very big, too. Overall it was a great experience. But to be honest, for this price I would expect a little bit more. We went there for a long weekend getaway, outside the main season. So the price was OK for the value you get. But I have doubts that we will go there in the main season.

Great hotel. Nice, peaceful and quiet. Not much to do outside of hotel but resort with 3 restaurants and nice bar was just fine. Beach was great too!

Der eindrucksvolle Urlaub begann mit dem vom Hotel organisierten Transfer von Trat zur Fähre. Wir wurden mit Getränken und Erfrischungstüchern versorgt, man kümmerte sich um uns und nahm uns freundlich in Empfang. Dort wartet niemand hinter dem Tresen an der Rezeption, nein - dort wartet man an der Straße auf den Pickup mit den Gästen, um ihnen dann zum Gruß Blumenketten umzuhängen. WUNDERBAR!!! Dann wird man durch die Anlage geführt: Üppiges Grün, vielfältige Dufterlebnisse, Pool und Strand mit ausreichender Anzahl an Liegemöglichkeiten. Die Handtücher hierfür sind nicht limitiert, man kann es sich gemütlich machen. Selbst am Abend bekommt man noch frische! Der Unart, Liegen zu reservieren, wird hier gar keine Gelegenheit gegeben - es sind genügend vorhanden. Überwältigendes Appartement. Als Zimmer mag man das nicht mehr bezeichnen. Der eigene Pool...HERRLICH. Wir hatten das große Glück, sichtgeschützt plantschen zu können. Großzügige Aufteilung der Appartements im Grünen. Beim Anzeigen eines Problems mit der Toilette an der Rezeption, war der Handwerker noch vor unserer Rückkehr im Appartement. Das Personal - alle - waren sehr freundlich, liebenswert, humorvoll, hilfsbereit. Wir fühlten uns herzlich willkommen und umsorgt.

Stunning location. Very friendly staff. Beautifully designed villa and on the nicest beach anyone could wish for. Not overcrowded at all and a superb selection at breakfast. A short walk to many very cheap and tasty Thai restaurants that were good value and a change from the hotel food.

The gardens leading into the villas are beautiful, they have walkways winding past hanging orchards and numerous water features, the foliage is dense and gives off the effect that you are in a manicured jungle. The villas all have thatched roofs, AC, ceiling fans, incredible bathrooms with outstanding soaps, bath scrubs and salts, your own private pool. . Breakfast was served on the first floor above the restaurant near the beach and was one of the best I've ever eaten. The staff were so friendly and kind and respected everyones privacy There was absolutely nothing we could fault.
