"Do NOT book here! I prepaid via Expedia, and when I arrived, they said they had sold out of rooms and had NO room for me at their hotel. They said I would have to stay at another “sister” hotel down the street (which wasn’t as nice). I followed them to this other hotel. Retreat arranged for a taxi to pick me up from airport cost was 800 baht. Only thing was no sunloungers by the pool. Such a shame but would still recommend"
