"Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The views were spectacular and the location was excellent! Our room was modern and clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating. A couple things to note (as to why I’m not giving 5 stars); the pre-trip communication wasn’t the best, as I tried on numerous occasions to contact the hotel with questions regarding transfers.
