Ko Sukon hotel guide. Independent hotel in Ko Sukon, Trang Province

The resort is nice and small and very private. We stayed in a front villas which are located almost on the beach. There is not much to do on the island so is a perfect place to relax and forget about everything. The resort food is reasonably priced and is very tasty and good quality. The breakfast is a buffet style but on our last few days there were not many guests but we could order from the card same options as the buffet.

Great service, 24hr check in, friendly helpful staff that spoke English. Room was really clean and well decorated with air con and a comfortable bed. Easy parking available and a great location close to the pier.

My stay was only for 6 days but it was absolutely amazing the staff are so friendly & helpful..nothing was a problem.. I would highly recommend the Royal Hill Satun to everyone..best hotel I've stayed in for a long time ..I've truly have not got anything to criticise..memorable 💙

Relaxing overnight stay before I continued on my riding trip. Comfortable room and bed. Lovely sunset from resort. Tasty halal food easily available in vicinity of resort. Looking forward to return for a longer stay. Wifi can be improved though.

We really enjoyed our 3 nights at this resort. Having read a lot of reviews, we were a bit nervous about what to expect, however, we were warmly welcomed by the family who run the resort, and our beachfront bungalow, whilst rustic, was clean and comfortable. The air con worked well. The showers are outside, but we didn't have any issue with mosquitoes when showering. Mosquito nets were provided on our bed, and the decking area overlooking the sea was lovely. Food was great! Very cheap...

The room was clean and was just ideal for an overnight stay before we catch the boat to Koh Lipe in the morning. The staff were very welcoming, they can converse in English and Malay. Location is perfect for the boat to Koh Lipe, around 5 minutes walk from the hotel. There are plenty of places to eat in the area - good seafood restaurants. There is a 7 Eleven nearby too. I would strongly suggest that do not book the boat ticket direct from the hotel to avoid any issue trying to board at the...
