"Overall, an absolutely beautiful hotel with very kind people. The room was excellent and I’ve never been to a more friendly place. The only negatives would be at times The staff just didn’t understand drink orders, and there were a few meals where the service was slow and inconsistent. Again they were super friendly, but I feel a bit young and inexperienced to deal with more complicated requests. "Except for a small disagreement during check-in the stay was perfect. The resort is located on a secluded beach in the northern part of Koh Yao Noi. Access to hotel from the pier was via private taxi as the hotel does not provide shuttle from pier to resort.
Upside:
- I truly liked the room layout. It has an outdoor shower, and outdoor seating area
- The resort is really serene. When I was staying there it didn't feel crowded at all.
