We had an excellent experience at the Banyan Tree. The staff was very attentive and communication was simple through WhatsApp. Daria and Khem were so kind to us our whole stay! The happy hour bar on the beach was our personal favorite time. The location around the hotel felt a little isolated, there wasn’t all too much to do. However, it’s all made up for the great amenities and reasonable prices at the hotels many different restaurants. Highly recommend you book a tour to Hong Island directly from the hotel!

Banyan Tree Krabi is an incredible property, with stunning views... maybe the best in Krabi. Top-notch staff, rooms, beach, and services. While definitely pricey (think Western prices $$$), we absolutely loved our stay and couldn't recommend it enough.

Fantastic resort, one of the best we've ever stayed at. Room was beautiful and modern, pool was gorgeous, breakfast buffet was excellent. Bed was so comfortable, service was perfect. We hiked the dragon crest trail which starts just steps from the hotel, which was amazing. The only two negatives that I noticed - they had some stray ants around the exterior, and a few managed to make it into our room over our two night stay, and the restaurants were quite expensive, about 3x the cost of a comparable bar/restaurant off premises. Those were minor things though, and we'd definitely visit again.

Great spot to relax

Banyan Tree is a beautiful, comfortable, and safe place to stay outside Krabi. A walk to the rational park if you are interested in hiking the nature trail and an easy can ride to An Nong. Great boat trips available from the resort beach and breakfast is fantasric(great coffee).

Overall the property is actually great, from friendly staff, to nice rooms, to tasty food and plenty of activities. It's just a little overpriced for the area. I would still consider it a luxury stay, but this price range in Krabi should put it in god tier ultra-luxe range and we didn't quite get that feel and vibe.

It’s not our first visit to the resort. I think Banyan Tree Krabi has been one on the best so far. The resort is very new as compared to other locations. Services have been top notch, can’t ask for more. I can tell that all staff members are happy from their sincere greetings every single time we see them. Housekeeping has been doing a wonderful job as well. The view from our room is second to none. We will be back soon 😊

Genuine hospitality and friendliness

The staff at banyan tree Krabi make this resort magnificent. Thankyou to Fip and Toey at the pool for the stretch session and ping pong table competitions, great cocktails with always with a friendly chat and smile, Ying at the restaurant for her genuine service and Napa who gives the best massages in Thailand. It is worth staying here! The hotel is good, food is good, but the staff makes the whole experience even better. Swimming pools could be cleaned and maintained better, but after we notified the hotel, they were on the task right away. Far from all the towns so it is hard to get to markets, and order food from outside.

The property was very pretty. It offers a tranquil atmosphere and great service. Food was top notch. The breakfast was one of the best I have seen at a resort. We went on the private boat tour and it was a highlight of our trip. I have stayed at Las Ventanas in Cabo and the Rosewood in Mayakoba and can say that I prefer the Banyan tree. Great for adults or families. I had a partial view room and it was great. I would recommend this property to travelers seeking a luxury experience and want a tranquil and beautiful environment.
