"The location is fantastic 10 minutes from the airport and literally 50 meters from the beach. The staff were exceptional and could not have been any friendlier or helpful. The breakfast was second to none with a wide selection of fresh hot Thai food, a huge cold buffet and a fantastic set menu. Our room and pool were cleaned daily with fresh towels and bottled water also left daily. The room service was extremely good with fresh hot food delivered within 20 minutes of ordering."

"The rooms were well kept but had the charm of wooden flooring and furniture. Staff had the very Thai hospitality we all expect from a kind and helpful crew. Breakfast was a great experience and provided a discount on site for what could be considered a brunch meal. Great value and lovely experience."

"Our time here was serene and relaxing. We wanted a honeymoon where we could unwind and chill by the beach, and the Tubkaak Krabi totally delivered. The grounds were exceptionally well maintained. The staff was so kind and obliging. It was close to a lot of fun excursions like hiking and a boat ride in the bay. But I think what we liked most was eating at the restaurant by the beach, listening to the waves after a golden sunset. Highly recommend and would gladly go again!"

"Our stay at TreeHouse Villas in Koh Yao Noi was truly the best experience—like something out of a dream. Choosing this place was, without a doubt, the best decision we made. Everything about it is simply breathtaking: the beauty of the surroundings, the exceptional attention to detail, and the thoughtful amenities in the villa. Our private pool with those stunning views made every moment feel magical. We also had an amazing dining experience at the Italian restaurant—the dinner was absolutely delicious. Breakfast was equally impressive, with great variety and high-quality options. The views from the pool and throughout the property are just невероятные, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax and disconnect. The included activities are a wonderful bonus, adding even more value to the stay. Honestly, our only regret is staying for just one day. This place has left such a mark on us that we’ve already made it a promise to come back again and again. It’s a stay we will never forget."
