"Overall, an absolutely beautiful hotel with very kind people. The room was excellent and I’ve never been to a more friendly place. The only negatives would be at times The staff just didn’t understand drink orders, and there were a few meals where the service was slow and inconsistent. Again they were super friendly, but I feel a bit young and inexperienced to deal with more complicated requests. "Family of six (aged 11-15). The resort was beautiful. Amazing facilities, lovely staff, very comfortable large room. Best resort we have stayed in. Would love to stay again and definitely recommend. Breakfast was delicious and so much variety. The location is quite a long way from attractions but we just used a Grab to travel and it was relatively inexpensive. "
