"As a family of 5 we came here the second time already. Staff is outstandingly friendly and helpful. Food is of great quality, no matter if it is breakfast or dinner. Strongly recommend to take a room with private pool in the winter, it is perfectly heated and gives you an extraordinary experience. We will come again."

"Kapsül evin manzarası harikaydı, temizlik çok titizdi ve sabah kahvaltısı fazlasıyla yeterli ve doyurucuydu. Fotoğraflarda ne vadedildiyse fazlasıyla bulduk. Resepsiyondaki arkadaşlardan diğer tüm personele kadar herkes çok ilgiliydi; tencere, tuz gibi ufak ricalarımızı bile anında ulaştırdılar. Otelin bize sunduğu teleferik hediyesini zaman kısıtlamasından dolayı (saat 6'ya kadar vaktimiz kalmadı) bu sefer kullanamadık ama sonraki konaklamamızda ilk işimiz olacak. "Her yer çok kirliydi, Evin içerisindeki kırıklar, tamir görmesi gereken bir sürü yer, her yer dökülmüştü,lambalar kapılar yataklar WC ve banyolar berbattı. bölgedeki elektrik kesintileri ve jenaratörün olmayışı seyahatimizi kötü etkiledi. Check in saati 14:00 olmasına rağmen saat 16:00 da gelmiştik,evin temizliği için 1 saat beklemiştik. Kötü bir tecrübe kötü bir yerdi. "

"This is nice villa with a swimming pool at a great location in Sapanca. However it looks like it was not maintained well over time, for examples, the kitchen cabinets do not open and close properly. We had a plumbing problem in one of bathrooms that was fixed on the second day.
