Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
First of all I booked the royal hotel through Expedia, after booked I called the royal hotel through the number given by Expedia but I was shocked after speaking with the receptionist, he told to cancel the booking, we are not accepting the booking online.
