The included resort transfer to and from Koh Samet is also a great service and makes the journey very convenient. Unfortunately, there were several issues that significantly affected our stay. The most disappointing was a strong sewage smell from the shower drain in one of our two rooms. We reported it, but the only solution offered was to cover...
