"The property met our expectations in everyway. Nothing was too much trouble for staff and the hilly terrain was easily overcome with golf buggy transportation to all parts of resort. Breakfast catered for most tastes. We did think the cost of spa treatments was a bit high but for travellers wanting massages on a budget these can be found in the village just outside the resort"

"Die Bewertung dieses Hotels ist schwer. Es ist ein 5-Sterne Hotel und sowohl Service, Annehmlichkeiten, Personal und Essen sind hervorragend. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Es gibt täglich am Nachmittag eine Aufmerksamkeit des Hauses auf Zimmer, die schön präsentiert und lecker ist. Benötigt man etwas, wird sofort geholfen. Wirklich perfekt. Das Personal ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wirklich TOP. Jetzt die Schwierigkeit der Bewertung. Das Hotel ist einfach schon etwas älter...

"Tolle und gepflegte Anlage,Saubere Zimmer, Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, Top Frühstück, toller und sehr gepflegter Pool, super Strand mit kleinem Riff zum schnorcheln, Was man wissen sollte: Hotel liegt direkt neben der Ark Bar… uns hat es nie gestört. Einflugschneise ist auch direkt über dem Hotel aber auch dies war für uns nie ein Problem. Waren jetzt das 3. mal in Folge dort."

"Grundsätzlich ein sehr schönes Hotel mit schönem Standabschnitt. Das Personal war professionell freundlich, aber einige waren nicht authentisch herzlich. Das spürt man. Am 1. Tag konnten wir beim Frühstück nur zwischen dem Bereich indoor mit Klima wählen oder Eingangsbereich (wurde als outdoor tituliert, war aber eher Bahnhofshallen-Atmosphäre). Grund: draußen (wo wir gerne sitzen wollten), waren nur Zische für 4 Personen eingedeckt und scheinbar, war der Aufwand zu groß, 2x Besteck zu...
