"Das Personal war okay. Beim Check in war’s wie in einem call Center. Das Gefühl von massenabfertigung. Frühstück war super . Personal beim Frühstück naja. Abends sind wir immer auswärts essen gegangen(Blue chair war top) Es gab 4 Pools. Sonnnenüntergänge waren super. Die kleinen Golf Cafdy waren auch top wo man sich ins Zimmer fahren lassen konnte."

"There are 2 reasons for my three stars to this property. One, the water temperature in the shower was terrible. Although there was a heater, the water was either too cold or way too hot. Even with the slightest adjustment the water would go to an extreme temperature. I think they have a central heating system as well which wouldn't work late nights which means a cold shower before sleeping. When we complained they sent an engineer to fix it. He changed something but it didn't work and he...

"They put me in a disgusting, filthy room and refused to do anything about it. The room was not as advertised (for just one example: look at that ‘Mountain View’ in one of the attached photos!), it was neither three star standard nor worth the money.
