Clean room. Friendly staff. Close to many shops and 7-11. Beautiful pool and beach access for convenient fire show viewing. Area is very touristy with a vibrant nightlife.

Great little hotel.

Great location, so close to the main drag. Super good breakfast with beach views. Super friendly service. They even provided a taxi back to the airport when we checked out. The only downside was that the pool was a bit cloudy

Ideal location right next to beach and very close to a large range of restaurants, bars and nightlife, but very quiet and peaceful when at accommodation. All staff were great. I will stop here again🙏

I was very happy with my stay at Montien House. The location was perfect. On the beach, very near to the town centre with many restaurants and shopping opportunities. The room was spacious and clean. Staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. I would definitely stay here again.

I was very happy with this hotel. Beautiful garden setting, nice pool and restaurant. The room was very comfortable. The hotel is aging but they are doing a great job keeping up. Hope to stay there again!

Loved our stay here! We stayed in the cottage house and it was lovely. The airport transfer organized by Montien House was really well organized. But we had a leaky Aircon the first time but they fixed it quickly the next day 😊

This is a great little hotel. I stayed in a garden villa for 5 nights and it was just lovely. You can tell it’s quite old by the number of power outlets in the room but I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again. Comfy bed, great a/c, lovely breakfast right on the beach, very friendly staff!

Really great location, right near the actions of Chaweng beach road but set back 100m so you can’t hear any party noise. Which is perfect. Comfy beds, good breakfast, daily housekeeping, good AC. A bargain for the price! Nice and quiet too, the guests staying here were really respectful and quiet.

A beautiful stay at Chaweng Beach

Lovely , cottages, , Gardens , terrace rooms with balconies , rooms cleaned daily , Fresh Towels .you can walk through to the beach , pool , restaurant . I didn’t have breakfast . I had dinner , Lunch . Great panang chicken , yum , Great massaman Beef curry , milkshakes . The restaurant , pool overlook the beach and ocean . Very peaceful , Quiet . It is a Great walk to Chaweng beach rd . Massage opposite chess , was fantastic $300 Baht for 1 hour . UNO cafe at the end of entrance Great all day breakfast , Big Breakfast $220 Baht. I had a lovely stay at Montien House and the would stay again

Nice bungalow rooms in a garden setting. Pool on the beach. Pool rather overcrowded relative to number of guests. Breakfast is add on charge.

This hotel is gorgeous. Super clean and fresh. Staff is so friendly and helpful. You will not get home sick. The hotel rooms are open and airy with a great mattress and lots of pillows. When you start the path past the cottages that opens to a beautiful pool right on the white dandy beach and blue blue water. The restaurant is excellent. 2$ buffet for two. Come on, it’s awesome. So much food, huge variety. Staff again, awesome. Get a massage on the beach for a great price. Everything minutes away. You can rent motor bikes for cheap and transportation with the hotel is great. Do not hesitate, you will go back

The site manager was always there to help and the cleaning staff was always on the job. Site needs some maintenance especially for it water heater and pump. The architecture and grounds of the hotel give an amazing isolated early colonial few to the place even though you are a short walk from the main road and shorter walk from the beach.

Very nice garden room. Breakfast area 5m from the beach. Nice omelette station . Lots if fruit. Very close to many restaurants and bars. Much more character than the other upscale resorts. Very glad I picked this one. Some noise from neighboring resort during the afternoon only. Ko and staff very helpful.

We stayed here 6 years ago in the same deluxe garden view cottage and were disappointed that it hadn’t had any updates since then. The room was comfortable enough but quite drab in appearance. Otherwise the breakfast was good,the pool refreshing and the staff ( deception and cleaners) all were lovely and helpful. The gardens are well maintained and lush green. It’s a 50m walk to the bustling Main Street where there is plenty of choices for meals and most have a lengthy happy hour. Plenty of markets for shopping and money changers too. Great location.
