"We ordered takeaway because we had a sick traveller and the empty food containers were not removed for the duration of our stay despite putting it on top of the rubbish bins. We booked the grand suite for 5 nights and they didn’t even take our bags to our room when we arrived! "

"Due to a problem with my passport being over 10 years old I was unable to travel. As soon as I became aware of this I contacted the hotel. Other hotels within our itinerary were very understanding and either offered credits towards a re-booking at a future data or allowed us to cancel. The Hilton was unwilling to offer anything."

"Fabulous experience"

"This hotel was nice and the rooms were large. What we didn’t like was the automatic tipping. When we were checking in they added a suggested tip of 12.5% for the receptionist and other staff and said it was not mandatory but almost felt like they wanted to guilt you into tipping. Other then that food was great and I would stay here again."
