"I stayed in room for 4 people, 2 twin beds and 2 futon beds. Room is spacious for japanese standard and beautifully decorated. Convenience store just next to the hotel building. Walkable distance to popular Gion, Kiyomizu dera and Kodaiji temple. Everything is excellent. Thank you Minn Gion."

"Loved our stay here, located near to 2 train stations (Gojo station and Kiyomizo Gojo station) at about 10 min walk or 20 min walk to Kyoto station. Staff were so helpful and always willing to help and guide you. Free shuttle service to Golden temple and the shuttle driver was really nice and guided us for further shuttle services available from different Monday apart hotels to bamboo forest. We enjoyed reserving the private onsen with our family. No food or snacks available, but it was near a Lawson and FamilyMart. The location was also in a great walkable area with a few excellent restaurants within a few blocks, and away from the chaotic downtown. "Great stay, very friendly staff and good breakfast hole in the wall next door. Only con is laundry machines are not included with stay like other hotels but at least they are available. "

"The staff were extremely helpful, storing luggage, arranging luggage transfers and offering use of their phone for a local call. Kids loved the bunk-beds and it was definitely handy having an in-room washer-dryer. The room was comfortable for a family of 4 but we were disappointed at there being no good views as the hotel is only a few stories high, in a quieter street. I had high expectations due to the Mimaru brand having great reviews especially for families, and while it ticked all the boxes...

"The staff were exceptionally polite, helpful and very friendly as were all locals throughout Kyoto. Our family stayed in room 501 a beautiful clean studio unit that had bunk beds for our boys and two side by side very comfortable twin beds for my wife and I. Our pillows were very nice, beds very firm and perfect. Our unit had a great kitchen table, large tv, and very nice fridge and freezer, kitchen sink, cooktop, toaster oven and microwave. Kitchen had very nice dishes, glasses, coffee cups,...

"Dejligt rummeligt værelse med to enkeltsenge og en sovesofa. Eget køkken og fint bad med bruser. Alt i fantastisk stand. Hotellet virker helt nyt. Stedet har en rigtig fin placering med let adgang til Gion, metro, restaurant-områder mv. Ok vaskefaciliteter, som dog er lidt begrænset og den ene af to vaskemaskiner virkede kkke. Ind og udtjekning er via tilsendt kode og qr, men der er venligt og hjælpsomt personale tilstede på hotellet. Vil klart anbefale stedet. "

"親族でコネクションルームを利用。キッチン、バス、トイレどれも２つずつで使い易く、大人数でしたがゆったりと過ごせました。スタッフの方々はフレンドリーで、困ったことがあればすぐに対応してもらえます。烏丸四条駅から7分と少し歩きますが平坦な道です。京都駅からの市バスがホテルのほぼ前に停まるので、それは便利でした。"
