Hotel dekat Pantai Kokrobite

"Staff at Serenity Terraces Beach Hotel-Kokrobite were responsive and accommodating during my 2-day stay. They promptly addressed overnight power issues, and management comped a room upgrade as a goodwill gesture. The team's helpfulness stood out, consistent with the property's strong staff ratings."

"La Villa Aphro was our home away from home. The tucked away boutique resort felt like our own personal Air B and B. Upon arrival we were welcomed with a delightful welcome native drink that I wanted to drink the entire trip. My. Husband arrived with an upset stomach from our united airlines flight from IAD. Staff immediately jump to action showed to our room and made him two drinks. A special ginger drink the bartender put together and seltzer. My husband slept and was felling back to his self...

Asked for different room and wasn't switched then finally offered upgrade but wanted above full price. Room was not clean and amenities not up to par.View was excellent but overall need to pass."

"Clean….helpful staff….good breakfast"

"Initially, there was some misunderstanding about the listing of the property for what I thought I was getting. There was some confusion as far as the advertisement was concerned. Once issues was worked out then my stat was pleasant."

Even while at the hotel, still my calls would not be answered. The reception confirmed I had the right number but their boss or the owner had that phone/line and he barely answers the phone. No sign posts or proper directions to the place and no one to call for...

"Good location with helpful staff and everything needed for a pleasant stay - pool, gym, courts, bar with decent menu. The rooms are comfortable. The hotel is used a lot for conferencs and delegations, which may distract some leisure visitors."
