your experience starts as soon as you get down from your car the front of the hotel has not been cleaned for month there is plenty of litter and garbage. Bathrooms are strange the shower is inclined in such a way that the water instead of draining in the bath drain flows out and drains under the toilet cystern making the whole bathroom wet and a hazard for my old aged parents who were scared for there life going to the bathroom. We had leaky sink to start with. this hotel needs complete renovation and is worse than a cheap lodge. Only good thing is the staff who are very friendly and helpful.

There is no ample car parking space BUT yessss....Hotel staff manage your car parking by their own drivers...you need to keep car key with Hotel staff.

Its excellent. Very happy with the food anc service. They have a changing menu for breakfast which is awesome. Overall fantastic stay.

Hotel is just average and is overpriced

My experience for this stay was just Average. Being a 4-star hotel chain it wasn't upto expectation as i feel it was overpriced, but actually was just similar to an ordinary hotel in terms of facilities, room ambiance and bathroom fittings and toiletries.

Get your act together- Room 305

This hotel is very average. We have stayed at the Sayaji and for an additional ₹1500 I think I would have preferred to stay there. This is not a bad hotel but I wouldn't advise anyone to pay more than ₹3000 a night here. The staff is super... Very friendly and efficient. However the hotel need a deep cleaning in the room that we were in atleast. They don't even put a roll of toilet paper in the washroom... The hot water doesn't function... The corner of the bedsheet was torn... The towels looked like they needed a good deep cleaning (or better would be to get them replaced, coz your tiles in the bathroom should not look cleaner than your towels). Also the shower curtains need to be chances as they are brown at the bottom... I had to even call maintenance as the toilet jet was leaking and they came and had to replace it. I honestly don't know if other people have had the same issues but I was not impressed at all. At breakfast the next morning all I wanted was a strong cup of coffee and when they finally got is closer to half way right we had already finished breakfast. The rest of the breakfast was okay...but for me it's very important to have morning cup of coffee. So would I recommend the hotel? Not in this condition. I would suggest, put in a little more money and stay at the Sayaji.

Our short stay was pleasant. Facilities are good and allows one to avoid going out for food as all types of tasty food is available in it. I recommend this place for budget stay.

The location of the the hotel is very good. Stay for one day is comfortable. The size of the room is very small. Cleanliness and service is very good. The behavior of the staff is excellent. Food quality and preparation is praise worthy.

OK hotel in the middle of Kolhapur

The photos on websites like Expedia and other travel sites are deceptive. The room was okay, however, not worth the price. The hotel is at good location though. There is no good process to check consumption of minibar.

Polite & friendly

There was a short delay in getting the rooms. The staff is soft spoken & friendly. The hotel plumbing , furniture & furnishing needs replacement in near future. What it lacks in fitment is made good by staff through its polite behaviour. The breakfast spread is good with variety. The restaurant offers tasty well presented food which is priced justly. The rooms dont have much of a view but prefer a room not facing the main road as they are quieter. Overall a good experience. To answer whether I would like to visit again the answer is yes as long as rooms are upgraded. Special complement to people manning this property who strive to meet guests expectations.
