最低のホテル

Hotels.comでは予約完了になっていましたが予約が入っていないと言われました。 部屋は空いており宿泊したのですが、Wi-Fiはダウンして使用できず、朝食ビュッフェは7:30からと確認したのですが出来ておらず食べれないなど兎に角最低のホテルです。

It is very near to the airport and the location, staff, service was very good. During my short stay, I find this property very suitable if you want to stay in an excellent and nearby property to the airport.

Well worth a visit

A hidden gem not far from the airport and close to many shops. The staff were very friendly and helpful - nothing was too much. Varied menu - catering for all tastes from continental to Asian. And if you take their meal plan as we did (breakfast and either lunch or evening meal - your choice) it is well worth the money.

Nice Hotel on VIP Road and Close to Airport

The Rooms are well done, but it was all dusty as when I used the wash room, the floor was turning muddy as there should have been lots of dust there and when water fell turned browny.

Hotel is good service is also good,but sorry to say that the manager of the hotel is,sorry i do not have a better bad for him,whatever i will it will be less for him.If the owner of the hotel read this than i would like to request him pl throw him out immediately,other wise he will ruin your hotel reputation.My humble request to Hotel.com also to take a action against him.If u people want ask me what happen you are free to call me or mail me.He is not capable for bell boy post but unfortunately he is sitting on manager post.

Suitable as transit accomodation near the airport

We stayed here just for a night after touching down very late at night. Hotel is very close to the airport. I guess that's why a bit pricey. Will not recommend for any other purpose.

All ok. Check your billings before you pay.

We just wanted to spend a night between two flights and everything was as expected until the billing. We booked an all inclusive tariff and while checking out they added the taxes over and above what i had booked for. When i asked them to rectify it, they said that this is a practice and we do it for all the customers. They also charged me for a local call which was a patch through by the receptionist to the internet guy because the internet was not working for my room. High level of misinformation and irregularities in the way they bill. Please be aware while paying and check for everything before you make a payment. In the end after almost crying out loud, and showing them the email confirmation of from Hotels.com, i paid only for what i booked. Hotels.com should also take this up with them as they had no idea about this.

Poor cleaning job.

When we checked in, we found tip money from the previous traveller and pubic hairs under the bed covers. When we asked for the bedding to be changed, housekeeping just brushed the pubic off the bed (right infront of us) and tried to pass it off as being cleaned.

Reasonable hotel close to the airport

The hotel room was quite nice, clean and comfortable. We had dinner in the restaurant which was lovely with good food although a bit overpriced. We'd asked for an early wake up call but this didn't happen and checking out was a bit of a nightmare, taking a long time for the staff member to sort themselves out. The hotel also added on the cost of a taxt to the airport which cost three times the amount we paid coming to the hotel.

This hotel is over-priced considering the overall quality. The front of the hotel is not in good shape. Staff are good. Room service is also good.

Good for transit

We stayed for an overnight stay between flights. Airport pick up and drop off very efficient. We were offered a room that had been used by a smoker but staff quickly moved us to another room. Very nice food for dinner and breakfast. Overall a good hotel.

Very Accomodating!

I was very Pleased with my stay at the Celesta Hotel. The staff was informative and polite. I was impressed by the Hotel Management timely manner of correction to any concerns. The food was wonderful. I had a concern of wait staff accommodating a large group; but was reassured it would be no problem. My Organization have made arrangements for a future stay at the Celesta Hotel.
