The Astor Kolkata
The building strikes me as an elegant older house with numerous wood furnishings. The restaurant was superb and the staff quite efficient and helpful. This is a great oasis away from the bustle of the city.

This is a location choice as it's a great central starting point Park Street is good for a busy vibe with a range of restaurants. Reception is positive lead by the fantastic Parvin and the cook Morat is a Gent. Large rooms on 5 floor. You get to see the 1920 style building. All good G
