However, guests are inconvenienced due to 1) no desk in room. I was told by reception that desks are available in superior rooms and not in basic rooms. "Beautiful property and outstanding hosts"

"The hotel is falsely advertised, the view outside was of a wall, the bed was stiff, limited hot water, there was no mini bar as advertised, the curtains didn’t little to block out the light, little toilet paper, the aircon droned on humming the whole time, the walls are thin so you can hear other peoples conversations, showers, phones ringing and people walking up and down stairs. The garden part of the hotel was only for three cottages, the rest concrete. Very expensive compared to other places...

"It was amazing, we got a room with excellent view. The staff were very nice and the manager was also very friendly. They even gave medicine for one of my friend who was ill. Overall loved the stay and the staff ."
