"Ramona went above and beyond to help us with all our needs.. This Hotel is literally steps away from everything and has the feel of an old house with stone walls.. It isn’t huge but we only slept and showered there so it was perfect for us .. Had air conditioning as well which is a big plus because it’s definitely hot in the summer .. Also they offer airport pick up a d drop off which was awesome.."

"Clean room but bed cover had what looked like a cigarette burn on it despite the property apparently being smoke free. Noisy area but that’s to be expected as it is quite a central and convenient location right by Pile Gate. Street entertainment stops at around 11pm so it does become quieter. Reception not always attended however was helpful at carrying my luggage up the stairs. "We arrived at Soleil Luxury Rooms after midnight. We let our host know that we would be arriving late and she provided us with all of the instructions needed to access the room. Our driver dropped us at the Buza Gate and we had to walk down a lot of stairs to get to our room. Even though it is a much longer walk, I recommend using the Ploce Gate as the stairs are very limited. Once in the room, it was spacious and private.
