"A few staff members made our stay fantastic. Patrick, kitchen supervisor, was very friendly and the dining room was clean and the buffet had many options to choose from.
Christian, night desk supervisor, also friendly and accommodating. He also poured a mean drink....lol
Other front desk staff, Juho, Alex, Christopher, Miranda (?) & the trainee were all very friendly.

"Beautiful location on a lake. Relaxing place to stay. Buffet breakfast was varied and tasty. Only thing that was unusual to me as I'm not from Finland, is that the indoor pool and Sauna is only available in the morning till around 10am, and sometimes in the evening. I believe this is just a cultural difference. Staff were exceptional."

Check in and out was very quick, and the option to use things like the communal fridge and kitchen or store luggage was great. It's close to public transport so easy to get around as well. "The service here was amazing! They provided everything we needed, including toiletries and clean towels. The complimentary shuttle bus was a huge help and made getting around so much easier. The breakfast was really good, with a great variety of options. The staff were lovely, welcoming, and very helpful at reception, and the breakfast staff were just as friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for families."
