"The place was very noisy upstairs neighbours moving chairs until after midnight no reception to complain as they close at 4 pm, one of the beds had dirty sheets as if someone sleep and they just made the bed, there were bed bugs or fleas in the Sofa as we sit there for 10 min and had several bug bites on legs arms and back... "Awful. I would strongly warn people against staying here. I made the booking weeks in advance and upon arrival was told that I’d have to go elsewhere for the first night. I was told there was a problem with the rooms which was a lie. I found out that the hotel overbooked hence had to send numerous people elsewhere. I was taken to a hotel with an inconvenient location with nothing around, I’m appalled by the lack of structure and devotion to its customers. I’ve also historically stayed at Alvida...
