It was nice location, nice hotel! Breakfast was really good staff was excellent! The AC wasn’t working I think they turned it off for the season, we only stayed two nights it wasn’t really a big deal but we the Americans like it cold unfortunately! But nice hotel would stay again!

Location is odd, stand-alone building. Staff’s English language skills are acutely limited regrettably, especially that of concierge. Additionally they didn’t know anything about Sema ceremony that occurs every Thursday at Mevlana’s gardens. Kept telling us there was none. Finally on insistence called back later to confirm but gave us wrong time.

Jahfar, provides the best service I have seen. I have known him for five years now. He always makes me happy and does everything I need. The best worker I’ve come across. It’s one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Konya. The people who work there are highly respectful and commit to providing amazing customer service.

Great but no fixed air con
Fantastic hotel- Great sized room, lovely decor, great food- Massive choice for breakfast!! However, wasn’t happy that we phoned a few times to complain about the air con not working- told it would be fixed and it was throughout the hotel however it was broke all night! The only thing that let the hotel down!

The hotel was nice but they do not have operating air conditioning this time of year. My room was mostly hovering around 30 degrees Celsius for the duration of my stay.

Top class hotel, easy choice
A true 5 star hotel, everything felt 5star from the room to the spa facilities - which were one of my favourite - the pool jacuzzi and steam rooms were immaculate, spacious and a very comfortable atmosphere. The pool table was great to unwind with a good game. Location was perfect for getting around Konya with a tram stop right outside, taxis even closer, and all sorts of shops within walking distance. Overall a fantastic 3 night stay and would highly recommend

The hotel and staff were great. We were a little disappointed that it was a dry hotel but I should have read the stats . Food was ok nothing to write home about . But overall it was ok .

Nice huge hotel but far from all the action
It’s a nice and huge hotel with nice, spacious rooms and bathrooms. The free hammam, sauna, gym and big indoor pool are nice too. There’s also option of getting massages for a fee. Only negative is that the area, while posh and mostly silent, is far from all the actions and attractions of the beautiful city. Also most employees including reception are not very fluent in English, probably because Konya is not exactly a tourist destination. Overall the hotel is nice with very helpful and nicely behaved employees but I’d prefer a hotel closer to the city center.
