"Two great things I've never experienced: 1) instead of the "Do Not Disturb" signs that fall off the door handle, they have a switch inside the room that illuminates a light outside the room--red for Do Not Disturb and green to request housekeeping service, and 2) most hotel doors swing closed, making entry with a luggage cart extremely difficult, but their doors will stay open while you bring in the luggage cart."
