"Unimpressed with the staff, had contacted them to request a pool front room and told yes will put request in. They could’ve informed me then that the pool was closed and no chance of a pool front room.
Poor advertising, I would’ve chosen a different hotel if I had known the pool was closed and under renovation. This information isn’t anywhere on their website very shady.
When I checked in the staff were rude, not helpful and told me we are sold out no chance of changing rooms. Yet the person...
