Let the photos speaks for itself.

The photos speak volume. The owner has an attitude that doesn’t sit well with hospitality. To illustrate the kind of personality please refer to the “important house” (see photos) on the wall: full of !!!’s. Up to this moment it still sounds like he’s screaming at the reader: “ all damage will be paid for!!!” So let’s see what kinda damage you could make to this property: The room is covered, wall to wall, by dirty, moldy, recycled carpets, to protect its floor (faux-wood). Even the tv remote was “protected “ by a plastic bag. The furniture looks like he picked up right from garage. The shower room has no toiletries whatsoever. See photos. Im not a fussy person and I don’t write reviews but I made a point doing so cuz I don’t want people to have the same experience. It’s shame for the beautiful island, it’s beautiful country and it’s amazingly kind people. If it was not for my last minute reservation and if only I had any choice, I’d not fall for this one. Enjoy your travel time and avoid bad hôtelier.

Basic

This place is very simply with a bed and shower. The photos look much better than in person. The staff is friendly and nice enough to keep our bags before we left for the boat later of the day. This place is great for backpacker who has basic requirement for lodging. Not recommended for family with children. The nightly rate at €100 is way over than what you get.

Great for one night

The apartment is old and a bit dated but the warm welcome from the family makes up for that. You get what you pay for and at this price on Korcula island it’s excellent value for money

Great independent accommodation

This is a basic accommodation in a family owned building, so there are no frills. But the room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the shower a generous size for what you often find in budget accommodation. And the family whonrunnthe establishment were very friendly and helpful. Loved staying here.

Alte geschmachlose, nicht einladende Einrichtung

Wollten die Insel kennengelernen und wussten im Vorfeld, dass wir die Unterkunft lediglich zum Übernachten benötigen, dennoch wäre ein wenig Gemütlichkeit schön gewesen, was hier keineswegs gegeben war.

Not what I expected

Other reviews said the rooms were small, and the reviews were right right. The bath especially was so tiny there was no room to dry off after a shower. The towels were old and small, and no shower soap or washcloths provided. The bed pillows were hard as rock. In spite of the smallness, I chose this room because the other reviews explained of outstanding customer service from the proprietor. We did not have that experience. Once I asked for ice and he said no ice. I kept asking where can I get ice and he finally gave me a few cubes in a bowl. Later, I asked if he would call a particular restaurant (I had the number and it was local) for a reservation (as recommended in the travel book) and he refused. A tourist information did help with that request.

Chambre d"hôte très bien placée mais à rénover

Hotel en plein coeur de la vielle ville. Le patron est très accueillant mais le lieu mériterait des rénovations dans les chambres et parties communes. Pas de vraie cloison dans notre chambre avec la salle de bain et les toilettes ce qui engendre un manque d'intimité.

Great stay

Lovely little guesthouse in a great spot. It is literally less than a minute away from the ferry terminal. There are loads of great restaurants everywhere in Korcula and everything is a short walk away. The room itself is nice enough - nothing spectacular but comfortable enough. Lovely views from our room which had a private, clean bathroom and a fridge and A/C. The bed wasn't overly comfortable. The owners are nice and helpful. It is pretty good for the price and we would definitely stay here again. Korcula is a really beautiful place.

Central Location

This is a wonderful location inside the town walls. We were in the center of the sites, the harbor, and good places to eat. The owner is very friendly. The room was clean. It is not a 5-star hotel, but a great place for the value. Highly recommend it if you plan to visit the island.

Good service and cheap

The room had what we needed. A bed, private bathroom and enough space. And in the old town in a nice area. But the best part was the owner himself. What a man! He was so helpful and warm and made us feel so welcomed. If you don't need luxury and want a nice and cheap place in the old town you should stay here. And I know you're going to love the owner.

Was a room in a house with ensuite bathroom. Family friendly and helpful....just the husband spoke English, but the wife had us talk to him on the phone. Nice location.
