"Beautiful experience, the staff were VERY helpful & the check in /out process was a breeze. The amenities to the hotel made it one to remember with my time here in SK. Ty for making this experience lovely"

"Great"

"The property was pretty well maintained and the staff was great. The property only has one relatively small elevator which is typical for Asia. My bathroom mat had mold growing underneath it and I only noticed it because I dropped something between the cracks of it and had to lift it up to find it. I left the mat up when I left for the day and housekeeping did clean it. They should be checking these things routinely. "Really clean self serve hotel. No microwave but they had coffee and hot water in the lobby which was nice. And also free cold bottled water at all times. Would stay again."

"清潔だった。"

"Property doesn’t look like the photos advertised. Also, no elevator for travelers with bags and no on site staff to assist. Only a kiosk for check in and out."

"Clean and excellent staffs"

"신축 건물인지 내부가 깨끗했고, 지하철역과 매우 가까워 아주 편리했어요. 물과 수건도 충분히 제공하고 사장님께서 친절히 응답해주셔서 아주 만족했습니다. 서울 올일있으면 또 이용하고 싶어요."

"10/10! A very clean and comfortable stay. Staff were helpful and replied to messages promptly. The area of the hostel is far enough from city centre to be peaceful and quiet, but also convenient enough to commute to Myeongdong within 40 minutes via train, with bus stops nearby too. There was an airport limousine bus that travels directly to Incheon international airport. Convenient stores were also close to the property. Would recommend to solo travellers!"

"I didnt like the area, it smelled of cigarettes (the whole hotel) "

"Excellent staff, but the elevators had very long waits. The washing machine malfunctioned. There was an electrical burn issue n had headaches for 2days when in the lobby area."

"Excellent stay at Lacozi Hotel! The room was exceptionally clean, cozy, and well-equipped with a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and a spacious bedroom with a double bed. Perfect for families or group travelers. Plus, having a CU store nearby was very convenient."

"Not as good price wise"
