"When I got there @ 45 mins early I used the bathroom in the lobby and it was immaculate. They let me check in early, room was extremely clean as was the bathroom. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The ac worked great.the water pressure was great and hot water stayed hot. Staff was super friendly. The breakfast was good.hot waffles, biscuits and hot gravy, bagels, Danish, coffee, oj cranberry juice. A great value for the price. I'll def return when I'm back in the area."

"I just experienced a lovely stay at Comfort suites, the room was very comfortable, the bed was like floating on a cloud, the staff were very friendly accommodating, the breakfast buffet was excellent. Highly recommend staying there, also close to Rt 84 easy access"

"The front desk staff were awesome especially Dottie and Dena. They made the trip more enjoyable. Breakfast was great daily. The only issue I had was the hot water needs to be checked; the shower didnt stay hot and the water in the sink didnt stay hot. Other than that, it was a great experience."

"Really deserves 2.5 stars. Staff was pleasant and professional. Outside and room are a bit run down; but mostly clean. Room had a fridge and microwave but spotty internet and hot water with poor water pressure. Only 1 cup and 1 bar of soap for amenities. Not sure if there were other guests as it seemed most everyone there lived in the rooms, including the strong smell of pot in the morning. Place seemed safe enough though. I’d give it 2 stars but staff brought it up a bit. Ok for the night; but...

"Parking was easy with a big lot and the location was convenient, but unfortunately the road noise was incredibly disruptive and woke us up several times. We arrived at our room late and it was super hot - we tried to crank the AC but turning fan to “high” did not actually seem to be high and it took several hours to cool off."

"The room had a distinct sewage/mildew smell. Extremely prevalent in the bathroom. I contacted the front desk immediately, and was told " it's very common there, and I should open the window, and run the shower simultaneously, and that should help with the smell a bit". The front desk also brought down a bottle of disinfectant to " help with the smell". I also was never informed before or after booking that the pool was unavailable! "Walked into room saw a centipede the size of a baseball walking around, bunch of smears and weird marks on the headboards of the bed, had to fiddle around with the A/C for 10 minutes to get it to work."

"Parking lot is a mess. Check in easy. Everything is old and unclean. We almost left after walking into the room, unfortunately there were not any vacancies in the places we wanted to stay. Washcloth was stained, towels very thin, no tissues, no soap dish for hand washing soap, limited plugs for charging, very thin bed linens. However it did have iron and ironing board, mini fridge and a very small microwave. I wouldn’t recommend this place. We will plan ahead next time so we do not have...
