"One caveat was the breakfast, the coffee cups where spoiled or old the hot coffee spilled out from the bottom of the cups. Breakfast should be fully stocked and well prepared meals that is not rushed cooking."

"it was conveniently located, in need of an renovation. The outside the room lighting was aggressively intense with no good way to block the light from coming in the room while sleeping. This gave the room an always daylight outside vibe which was not helpful for sleep."

"My room was very clean. The staff were very helpful and handled everything very professionally. I always enjoy having breakfast in the morning. Great parking as well. I always like to park with a view of my vehicle from my room. I highly recommend the Holiday inn. I'm already planning my next stay with them next month."

"Large room and large bathroom. Did not like placement of bathroom light switch. Hard to find in the dark so had to leave the light on. Suggest adding a night light. Electric plug near tv fridge and coffee maker nweds to be upgraded to four outlets. Put a night stand on the window side of the bed not just between beds. Add a second suitcase stand. The door had barricade that was beyond any I had ever seen in an upscale area. Probably it is just standard hardware. Anyhow, it VERY secure!...

There is no elevator at the factory. We had the designer king room. It’s part of Dutches inn and spa so you can use the beautiful rooftop space for glass of wine (BYO) while watching the sunset and mountains. The only negative was the bed. "Very Dirty entrance, there’s no staff this is not a hotel it’s a boarding house. Could not even spend one night heard noises in the middle of the night.had to leave to an actual hotel Round house and pay more money. Not safe for a woman alone! I was traveling by my self.A fool refund is appropriate. Tried to call the owner multiple times no response… I don’t recommend this place."
