From check in to check out everything was horrible experience. As we arrived there was large group of teenage students checking in, around 40 people so it took a while in the queue outside under the rain as they did not fit in the reception area. "This was a tastefully decorated, modern hotel with all the necessary amenities including a Nespresso maker for an early morning espresso - my favourite. It was super clean , the staff wonderfully friendly and helpful and an oasis of calm amid the chaotic centre of Patras."
