"Great location, 24/7 security that let ut in at night. Simple room but perfect for exploring the city."

"Need to improve on the cleanliness of the kitchen. Inspect the kitchen utensils, the water filter is leaking, the dish soup is non-existent, the drying rack left in the kitchen cupboard to house insects, the living room sofa leather was teared apart. The bedroom door cannot be locked for some room, there’s stain on every bed and bedsheets. Overall the 3 bedroom...

"Place is very convenient to shops and food. The apartment is relatively small and squeezed, including the bathroom. The shower floods the bathroom due to its open design. The apartment advertised there was an in-room safe but it could not be opened. The TV remote battery was flat but we got a replacement the next day. The staff was also quite obliging to give us extra towels."

"The room is very clean and as advertised. Had a great night sleep here."

"You can see Mt Kinabalu right infront of the property, so clear and wonderful sight."
