"I had high expectations for this room/unit after reading overwhelmingly positive reviews on hotel.com. Unfortunately, my experience was neither smooth nor a positive one. When I tried to contact Stayrene, the day before my stay on the number that was given to me in the confirmation email, they couldn't help me at all and offered another number to contact.
