"Great first-time experience staying at Sheraton Hotel JB!
Everything feels new (literally lol), the hotel lobby smelt good and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
We booked a twin room, and it was very spacious with 2 super single beds (or 2 small double beds), a small sofa + cushioned chair with a big round-ish table, 1 cushioned seat stand(?) for putting barang, a cushioned luggage opening area/cabinet, and the beds were comfortable.
Cleanliness may need slight improvement as we had 1 bath towel that had a few strands of hair folded within, and a strand of hair under the blanket on each of our beds 😂
Another 2 small "issues" we had was the shower room glass door being unable to be closed fully and the aircon being a bit loud and not very cold despite the temperature being automatically set at 23.5°C.
Then again, being in reasonably "temperated" room may not be a bad thing as we did not wake up shivering lol 🤣
My last comment on the hotel would be on their buffet breakfast! The food variety was great and the taste is majority good too!

*On a side note, there is a new mall connected to the hotel, and although it is not very big, it was nice to shop in as there is a big supermarket & pharmacy in the basement, sufficient food options, massage places (highly recommend Qi dynasty!) and also "useful" shops like Watsons, Daiso and MatsuKiyo."
