Room facilities: no tea/coffee, no water provided, and fridge not functioning.
Ventilation: no effective ventilation, making the room uncomfortable in warm conditions.
Temperature control: central heating still active with no ability to adjust, despite ~24°C outside.
Bathroom: bath only, no shower — not practical, particularly for elderly guests.
