The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Close to bus stop 23 and for 3 euros you can get to Skiathos town and the airport. Bus can be very busy at peak times. "Had a great time at Afissos Blu Hotel. The location is perfect, right by the sea. Just down the street are a number of tavernas and shops. The little village is quiet and picturesque, ideal for a relaxing vacation. The highlight of our stay was our host. She was extremely helpful and accommodating! We were gifted a jar of homemade honey before we left and felt right at home during our stay. Highly recommended! 5 stars!"

"Located right next door to noisy bar. VERY loud music until 3-4am on a couple of nights. Ear plugs did not help. Sun on balcony from 6am to 12 mid day so you need to be up early to enjoy this. No option for any shade though so gets very hot to have breakfast there. An umbrella would be helpful. Kettle and coffee machine (this didn't actually work) is outside the room shared with everyone else. We didn't have house keeping or just very poor cleaning most days. Didn't get clean towels even though...

The bed was uncomfortable, they only gave us one pillow each so we needed two more which they did provide. The headboard was very uncomfortable. The shower was one you had to hold to use as they didn't have a fixture on the wall. Only hand soap, no shampoos or shower gel provided. No breakfast. "A lovely clean hotel decorated in a slightly older more traditional style. Almost like a film set from 1920’s. Art deco, dark wood, vintage desk with ‘marble’ vintage telephone and typewriter in communal sitting area. "We had the most amazing stay at Evlalia Studios & Villas! We stayed in Villa Nefelli and it was a 2 bedroom suite with a little kitchen, private little pool and hammock. The staff was beyond amazing and super friendly. Ernestest, the manager made sure we had an excellent stay. George, the owner, was super personable and welcoming.
