"Demetrius is an excellent host. If your looking for an affordable base with the basic amenities in place this is great and exceptional value for your money option. We had two rooms and each had its own kitchen and bathroom which were on the small side but very adequate for needs. Some of the room furnishing could benefit with some updates but for the price you cant argue with it value. Looking for a hotel type resort then this is not the place for you."

"This is a great choice for a small group of say 3. the villa is spacious and spotless, the private pool is a great luxury and the main pool is also very spacious. The villas are well equipped and staff very accommodating. I also think this is a great way to explore the west of the island which isn't popular as the north east. There are great little beaches near by and of course XI beach. Good restaurants are a short drive away. I would say a car is needed."
