"The property has nice accommodations, and the views are spectacular; however, the customer service was horrific. We were booked for just one night, and we had to wait over an hour to check in at 3 PM. By the time we got to our room, it was already 5 PM. When I tried to order a drink at the beachside, I had to contact three different servers and wait over an hour to receive it.
The pools closed at 7 PM, and the hotel restaurants closed at 10:30 PM, even though we were told they would be open...

"This property is in a great location, close to the ferry port, shopping, and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, but it was a royal pain when the power went out (not the property’s fault)-it was a long way down from the 6th floor to carry a heavy bag down the stairs. Good breakfast."

"Our stay was absolutely terrible. The room was in very poor condition, with many things broken. The wooden deck around the swimming pool was full of splinters, and some of the deck boards were sticking up, making it extremely dangerous, especially for children.

"the location is perfect if your goal is to be close to acropolis and the tourist sights but not entirely in the madness. 10min walk up the hill and you’re in the mix.
staff and overall hotel experience was really good. the restaurant / bar upstairs in the evening has an incredible view to the acropolis and is definitely worth a visit for a drink.
couple notes while we’re here:
pool gets very little direct sun and isn’t heated (it’s cold) so don’t expect a vibey euro pool experience.
