"Handy location to the south of Canberra and appeared to be a great price. Unfortunately the photos do not show how tired the carpets curtains are with quite a few stains. Stains on bed quit too. Room walls are very thin and could hear couple having loud conversations next door almost word for word. Room cleaning appears to go until early eavinjng with bags of sheets and empty boxes everywhere. Quite disappointing."

"Good"

"The Hotel looks beautiful and the rooms feel new, clean & modern. Ensuite is very tastefully decorated."

"Convenient location. I do not like the couch as it was old and part of it was pelled."

"Excellently positioned motel with fantastic amenities nearby. Checking in was a breeze thanks to the convenient kiosk on the premises. The property is close to a charming shopping village that covers all your daily needs, and it is just a short drive from the Canberra town centre. "Room was nice enough for our visit. Had what we needed. Only negative in our point of view was the soft bed"

"When I arrived with a wheelie walker, I was immediately relocated to a unit with features designed for better accessibility. It was greatly appreciated as it was my first time travelling with mobility aids."

"Great value for money."

"Our stay was not great. Remote for air con was missing, a great staff member gave us a portable heater instead which was nice. Microwave did not work, which was replaced quickly. But the shower was not cleaned at all, it had the half used soap with hair attached from the previous guests and was very dirty. We spoke to the manager about it and he did not even care, no apology, nothing. It was clear that he did not care."

"Easy check in, very friendly to the late check in stay, friendly staff but the bedsheet is a little dirty."

"On arrival staff made you feel welcome, Room and bathroom clean, Easy parking, Walking distance to shops."
