"It took me about three hours to check in. The website address is on the second floor. But the actual check in is on the 6th floor. I kept ringing the bell and knocking the door. Nobody answered Until one of the guests told me to check in on the 6th floor with a different hotel me. They should mention that on the website or posted a note on the second floor. When I finally talked to the staff, they said the computer is not working and they could not hear the phone ringing."

"Clean room. Very small bathroom (typical for Hong Kong guesthouses) but reasonably priced and safe for a solo female. Staff was wonderful. Kept my bag until I left, recommended the free bus to Macau (where I was headed to next). If you are flying into Hong Kong and want to visit Macau, ask about the free bus before you leave customs. It is not available once you leave the airport. Overall, nice quiet stay."
