The staff and manager are very kind and friendly. Overall, I am satisfied with the hotel service. Chungking Mansions is an old mansion, I like those people who misunderstood that don't make a fair comment. The rooms on the upper floors do have advantages. But as a budget hotel, it has a security locker, a private washroom, and digital door access, which is really hard to ask for, especially in budget hotels like these.

Need improvement on cleanlines and better service.

The service is Ok but everything not convenient. Firstly, we went to the address shown in the letter and found no one. We got to bring all the luggage back to the ground floor and pulled all the luggage to another floor to check in. Waste of time and energy. Hate this. The lift was dirty and old, can only enter 4 persons at one time, instead of 7 as mention in the lift. Seem like no maintenance. First thing that we saw once open the door is little cockroach. The shower room is dirty, the stain is like never cleanup before, only splash the water on the floor. The shower and toilet is only 1 meter square. Everything is not the same as in the picture. Not sure about the safety, my room door knob is loose, no extra lock. We have to push our luggage to prevent the door to open. Not easy to get the service, no phone. The only thing that acceptable is the cleanliness of the bedsheet and towel. We came to this building a few time, we understand about the small size of room and toilet. But this one the dirtiest room I ever get. We only stay for 2 nights, no time to border much. Just shower and sleep. We are still lucky to get Block C, Block A and B are terrible long queue for the lift. I think the owner should know about these, I think he can do better. No photo, does not mean to give bad review. Just want to share so they can improve.

si usted esta buscando un alojamiento en Hong kong, recuerde bien esta dirección, Nathan Road 36-44, Kowloon, no tome ningún hotel con esta dirección, al menos que este dispuesto a recibir en algunos caso un trato vejatorio por algunas personas de la recepción, a estar en un alojamiento muy deprimente y con conexiones eléctricas inseguras, esto no se puede llamar hotel, los portales de reserva deberían prohibir alojar a personas en esta dirección

最初の部屋はホランドゲストハウスではなかった。 テレビは故障しており、　窓もなかった。 テレビがないと、デモの状況や天気がわからないと困る。 無料のウォーターボトルがサービスであるとなっていたが、　一度もなかった。　　ペットボトルが予約の決め手になったのに、　ガッカリ。

安くてスタッフも素晴らしいですが...

部屋の狭さにはびっくりしました。笑 寝るだけのスペースと捉えれば問題ありませんし、清潔には保たれていました。 ただ、ドアノブが外れたりしたので鍵の信頼性が...雑居ビルで周囲の物音も聞こえるので、寝てる時は少し不安でしたね。 重慶大厦は普通にしてれば怖い思いはしないと思います。
