Overall id rate this place 9/10 its more ot a high end hotel then a resort but for the price ans location across from the beach just minutes away its worth it. The breakfest buffet was delicious and the staff amazing the biggest issued was ha ing to log back into wifi and at times only worked outside the room on while in it besided thst great stay will be back if im in krabi

I got CATFISHED! Pictures on the website do not match the reality. We booked the deluxe room. Right away as we walked to the building that our room was located in, we can tell the building was old and run down. Hallway was dirty, light flickering, spider webs across ceiling. We got into our room and it looked like a roach motel. The worst part, it was a connecting room that did not lock meaning whoever stayed on the other side had access to our room. We tested it and we were able to unlock their room and vice versa. We had our rooms changed. Our new room wasn’t any better as far as cleanliness. The shower was full of black mold, room smelled like mold and very outdated. I turned on the AC + the smaller portable unit next to the bed and hooked up my charger for my phone and the power in the building went out LOL We checked out and went to Centara, waaaaaaaaay better resort.

Begränsat utbud på frukost. Fint hotellområde med ett fint poolområde. Rent och fräscht på området och i rummet. Vi hade bokat ett rum för 2 vuxna och 2 barn men vi fick endast en dubbelsäng och en enkelsäng. Det fanns en soffa som var bäddbar men hotellet ville ha extra betalt för att bädda den trots att vi förklarade att vi inte får plats 3 personer i en dubbelsäng.

I was a bit frustrated when I checked in and they didn’t upgrade my room as promised, instead they put me on the 3rd floor in the back of the hotel. I’m giving them 4 stars because they allowed us to use their facilities after checking out and coming back from a tour. Pros: right smack in the middle of the action, very comfortable bed, and nice suites (they allowed us to use them - pics attached) Cons: no elevator, old pool, front desk ladies were not very friendly at check in.

Excellent établissement sur Ao nang

Très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. Personnel très accueillant et établissement bien entretenu. La piscine est agréable et dispose de transats. La chambre était très spacieuse et propre. Le seul petit bémol est le pommeau de douche à effet pluie qui semble avoir une fuite, car lorsqu'on l'utilise, on voit des projections d'eau sur le côté qui partent dans la salle de bains, ce qui peut un peu l'inonder si on reste longtemps sous la douche. Ce n'est finalement pas un gros problème. L'emplacement est vraiment idéal sur Ao nang, car tous les commerces et restaurants sont en accès direct, idem pour la plage. La très bonne surprise était également que les petits-déjeuners étaient compris, alors que çà n'apparaissait pas lorsque nous avions réservé le séjour. Si un jour nous devions revenir sur Ao nang, je pense que je reviendrais dans cet hôtel qui nous permis de passer un bon séjour.

We had a great stay at the hotel. Location was perfect, right in the middle of the action, but quiet once inside. Property is a bit dated, but clean and has everything you need. Staff were fantastic. Breakfast spread was also very good.

対応、設備、立地ほぼ完璧でした。シャワーの水勢弱めですがこれはタイ国内どこもそうなのかな？ライレイビーチやピピ島に行くためのチケット売り場はホテルを左へ出て1分くらいのところにオレンジ色の看板のチケット売り場があります。テイルボートの出発もその近くなのでこのチケット売り場オススメです。

Everything about this hotel was good except the staff. Upon check in we were told that one of the rooms that we booked wasn’t available and that they were going to give us a smaller room with two twin beds. When we said that we paid more for our room the manager and the women working reception started laughing at us and saying well no refunds. After a while of us trying to get the room we paid for I was told by the manager that she wants to talk to someone else in our group while laughing and saying no refunds. Finally after we didn’t let up she gave us an upgraded room one night later but our group had to stay in the smaller cheaper room for one night. Other than that the hotel was fine, has everything you need. Great location, but manager definitely needs training because it is not acceptable to laugh at customers for something the hotel messed up

This would’ve been a perfect setting if not for the flights for the pool villa. I think they need to install some elevators as this steps can be dangerous especially at night, when bringing luggage’s up and down and for both staff and clients. Other than that my experience was amazing. Beach front property, clean spacious rooms and my pool Villa was my happiness. Close to everything but it gives u peace and quiet when needed. The spa was great and the staff was more than welcoming. I would want to come back..maybe when they have the elevator installed to the higher floors.
