"There was no kitchen even though i thought there was. There was also no fridge. Check in and check out was easy. A little hard to find at first. There was also no elevator that i saw which made the 3 flight walk up with bags unpleasant. The location was an easy and safe walk to where we wanted to go, as well as nearby a tram station. It was a quiet stay. No human interaction for check in or check out. The AC worked well which was so nice. There was shampoo and body wash (no conditioner)....
