"At first I was a little nervous, I was getting in late and I knew there wasn’t a reception, however Leo Apartments made me feel so comfortable. They answered the phone when I had a question and responded within minutes anytime I needed them. The room was clean and although the bathroom wasn’t attached it was nice to have a private bathroom. The only downside was that it could be a little noisy considering the time of year but I would absolutely go back and stay there again! "

This property is close to the center of Old Town but still on the periphery where it’s easy to catch an Uber or for tour pickups etc. Our host was Julia and she was great, very responsive to texts and emails. Our apartment was very well appointed and decorated in every nook and cranny. It really felt like you were in an apartment and not just a hotel room. It was very charming and comfortable. "just got back from a stay in Krakow today and all I can say is I wished we had discovered these apartments years ago. from the staff who were just marvellous to the ideal location of the apartments and the fact that they were spotlessly clean. we travel to Krakow at least twice a year and have found most of the accommodation to be average at best ranging down to very poor. for the price I will defy anybody to find anywhere as good"
